We accept returns within 24hours of the receipt for most items in new condition.
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included, without any marks or signs of wear (ex. makeup marks, deodorant marks, etc.) to be eligible for return. The original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable, in most cases;
- For reasons of hygiene, the following items cannot be returned: bodysuits, lingerie, socks, underwear, and other personal clothing;
- Please make sure to contact our customer service team first before you return the items. Any returned items without previous contact will not be accepted;
- Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any return that does not meet our policy or exceeded the valid 3days return period will not be accepted;
- Flash Sale item(s) is not eligible for return or refund.
- We don't accept any unreasonable refund, such like Fraud,package missing after delivery finished, unlikely size and color problem（The size tag may be different, but we make adjustments based on customer feedback, so please don’t worry about it ）.
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. For orders canceled after 3 days of purchase but before shipment, a 30% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order have already been shipped.
If the return is not related to quality issues, the shipping cost will be beard by the customer. For example, the below conditions are not related to quality issues:
1) Lose threads, raw edges, thickness, touch, and color difference in monitor display;
2) Returns due to dissatisfaction in style, color, and changes in personal reason;
3) Damages due to use, wash, care, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors;
4) Defective goods that have been clearly indicated at the time of purchase;
5) There may be slight differences to different sizes with the same items due to individual design and style in items;
6) The sizing chart and the customer service team can only offer recommendations before your purchase. Returns due to sizing issues do not constitute quality issues;
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense

In order to process your return as soon as possible, please provide the Return item SKU & Return reason.
For any abnormal issue, please attach the detailed photo for us to understand the specific problem.
After receiving return instructions, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing and provide the related tracking number to the Customer Service Team once you shipped out the parcel. Within 5-10 business days after our warehouse has received and checked your return item(s), the corresponding refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Note: Please do not return your order to the address marked on the parcel, any returns without you contacting us first will not be accepted.
We understand that you have the right to raise a dispute so as to protect your payment safety, but please be informed that a ChargeBack process may take up to 180 days, we kindly ask you to contact with Customer Service Team for assistance in advance, our team will ensure to offer you an appropriate solution as soon as possible.
